This is an internal development pilot. The final privacy notice and retention copy require owner approval before public launch.

Recordings stay private until the guest submits selected answers. Archive verification and newsletter consent are stored separately; unsubscribing does not remove verified archive access.

Do not use this pilot for public guest collection until the final agreement and privacy notice have been approved.
